This was our second time staying in this neighborhood and the house was in good condition and clean. The only issue we had was that we had to purchase more toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. More fans would have been appreciated also. Otherwise, it was a very nice house that made for a relaxing vacation.

Wonderful Experience

This was our fifth time renting from you, three different homes on Deer circle over the last few years. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences! The homes fits our family size perfect, and the homes have always been clean and well outfitted. We will certainly be back for many more visits in the future!

Absolutely Perfect

This is our 2nd time in Deer 19 and it was absolutely perfect for Thanksgiving weekend. We were able to check in early which was great having a car load full of food! Love the proximity to coffee and the village. Check in and out was quick and simple.

Enjoyed the location

Enjoyed the location for winter- ease of walking to village. House was nice and great for our family of 4. Reservations were simple and easy to understand. This was our second time renting through Mtn Resort Properties and will be renting again for Thanksgiving!

We had a great time and are happy with the service.  We had stayed a couple times many years ago at 19 Deer and decided to come to Sunriver and do so again.  It was a great family vacation and we like the new SHARC pool.

Lovely Home

Great location near mall, Sharc, lodge, everything! First 2 days were hot in Sunriver and no a/c in house, but they had several fans to move the air. So, by day 2 it started to cool and helped. Very clean home! No place to store your food but on kitchen countertops which was the only complaint I had read about beforehand--they should give guest one cupboard for your food but we worked around it. Other than those things, all very nice and would stay there again! Mountain Resorts was great, too. Would rent from them again as well--very friendly staff!

Great Location, Clean & Updated, One Drawback

We have stayed in many, many Sunriver rentals. In terms of layout and condition of the home, it was better than average. It was clean, the utensils, cookware, and appliances were of better quality than average for a rental and everything from beds, to shades to appliances were in good repair. The Bear welcoming you at the front door is cute and the air hockey game was a huge plus for us. Also, traveling with a 4, 8, and 80-year-old, we appreciated the proximity to the Village and the Sharc. The noise of the train felt comforting and did not bother us at all. Our main issue -- and all of us felt this -- was that there were more locked doors and cabinets than at any other place we have rented. It seemed like any time we tried to open a cabinet to put in groceries, it was locked.  Overall, it is a nice, comfy, solid, and clean place to stay. Plus air hockey! Mountain Resort Properties responded very quickly when we mentioned a burned out light bulb in the living room. SHARC passes were much appreciated.
