The house on East Butte was perfect! When we arrived it was spotless and throughout the 8 days we stayed there we discovered it had every single thing we needed. Crock pot? Check. Casserole dish? Check. Zester? Check. I will definitely come back to this house!

Lovely Place

Mountain Resort Properties was great to work with! I called beforehand on the arrival day to ask if early check - in was available, and I was able to check in a few hours earlier than the check in time. The lady at the office where I checked in was also very friendly and helpful. My family and I were not able to get the gas fireplace going the night that we arrived, but I called the office during business hours the next day and I maintenance tech was there within the hour or so and fixed it. Very friendly staff. The place was very nice and updated, and we enjoyed out stay. Nice King/Queen size beds and we enjoyed the extra room too. The furniture was also nice and updated and we enjoyed the smart tv and the fireplace. Nice and roomy place with vaulted ceilings. I did notice that there were a few places where the paint did not match on the living room wall. I have a pretty extreme eye for detail so I was the only one in my family that noticed and it was just slightly off, but it may be something that gets looked at because I could tell where the old paint stopped and the new began abruptly. Other than that, lovely place and great stay, and great location!

Super easy to book and check in, we have used Mountain Resort a few years now and have been super happy with them. The house was so well stocked and the beds were so comfy. We hope to come again next year. Thank you for a wonderful much needed family vacation.

"Great family vacation home for our large family, grandparents, teenagers and young children. Also able to bring our small dog with us. Well stocked and a great location - close to SHARQ, the village bounce houses and Fort Rock Park. We also loved how close we were to mountain lakes. The bikes were in excellent condition and since we forgot our kids bike helmets appreciated using the ones there. We would definitely stay here again."

So Much Fun

We had so much fun on our 5 day vacation that we decided next year to extend it to 7 days. The house was homey and with all the quality touches of home. The kids took advantage of the ping pong, bikes and kids room. The parents took advance of the hot tub, deck and quiet. We all rode horses, rafted and swam at the Sharc. We built a lot of great memories.

We Enjoyed This Place!

This is a great property. Plenty of room for our family of 8. I would not consider this property a luxury property but it is nice. I read previous reviews of issues with the Wifi. I had problems with the WiFi as well. Simple fix was unplug the router and plug it back in. I see other reviews about the heat between downstairs and upstairs. Anyone who has ever lived in a 2 story home knows that this is a challenge. They have done things in this home to make the best of it and it is fine. All in all we enjoyed the place. The hot tub was nice too. SHARC passes were a plus. We would stay here again no problem at all.

Home away from home in Sunriver!

"We rented 20 E Butte for 3 nights to a long-distance soccer game into a weekend getaway...and we're so glad we did! This house has everything we needed to feel totally comfortable! There is obvious attention-to-detail when it came to stocking the house with all of the supplies you would need for a home-away-from-home. We cooked full meals and had every kitchen gadget/appliance we could have needed. We took advantage of the hot tub and appreciated the washer/dryer so we could bring home clean bathing suits and clothes instead of having to do loads of laundry right when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable and we really loved having flat-screen TVs in each room. The kids loved the ping-pong table in the garage and the bikes! We will definitely return but will be sure next time to stay longer!"
