MRP is very thorough on their bookings and always provide very detailed instructions. We have never experienced any negative situations. The property is always very clean on arrival. Relaxing Stay

We stay at 23 Poplar whenever in Sunriver. We are three adults and one small dog and find the home welcoming and well equipped.  There is a large two car garage to keep the cars out of the elements. We enjoy the Step down feature into the Hot Tub that has a view of woods- unusual for Sunriver where the Tubs are usually surrounded by walls. The dining room chairs are super comfy we spend much of our time reading there. The large floor to ceiling windows in the dining / living area make the rooms wonderfully bright. All in all a home made for a relaxing stay in Sunriver.

Great customer service. We had a couple issues with a couple things at house but they fixed immediately. We have rented from them for over 35 years when we didn’t stay for free from our friends house. We would highly recommend them. Especially when you have left something there and they we’re so helpful on mailing it back to you.. best rental business ever.

Great House

This was a great house for our family of 6. The driveway & backyard were perfect for our young children to sled on and it made it so easy to not have to go anywhere! We enjoyed a nice snowy walk to Fort Rock Park. The house is cozy but also bright and airy. The patio and main rooms got tons of sun which was really pretty in the snow. The downstairs does get a lot colder than the upstairs but the heater was sufficient. It was nice to have one space in the garage (the other spot holds the owner’s car). Mountain Resort Properties is always very nice and easy to book/ stay with. We love the keyless entry and effortless check-out.  Thank you for another great stay!

We found the house to be a very pleasant week long stay. Contactless entry was perfect and the house was very clean. The master bedroom and bath are on the main floor up with two queen bedrooms and a shared bath down. Very comfortable spaces and all three with firm mattresses. The living room & dining area have large windows with loads of sun all day- a nice feature. The living room has two comfy sofas around the tv and gas hearth area, with a bookcase of books and games available. The large screen TV worked well once we figured out how to use it (instructions should be posted for guests). The kitchen was a perfect size for one or two cooks. The appliances are new, cookware adequate. Bring your own paper napkins and Kleenex, aluminum foil and plastic wrap though. The kitchen cabinet had enough dishes, plates and cutlery. The hot tub is really nice- just the right temperature, private location with a view of trees. The two car garage meant we could park both cars away from the snow and icy inclined driveway. (Bring crampons or Yak Tracks in winter for easy, safe walking). We didn’t need to go anywhere except out for long walks from the house.

The 4 bikes in the garage look like great cruisers- too wintery to use though. Same with the nice deck with table, chairs and gas grill. The home‘s heating system and hot water supply is great. All the hospitable qualities of the home made for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We will stay here again in the future!

We had a great experience with our property. My daughter participated in her distance learning with no wi-fi problems. Our home was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the private feel of the house - even though there houses on either side. We would definitely come back.

Great Stay!

Great stay at 23 Poplar! The house was exactly what we expected; from the private, spacious setting, to the comfort home feel. We didn't want anything too fancy as sometimes it is hard to feel at home. It was very clean and I enjoyed the starter cleaning products (that are supplied) to use during our stay. The self check in with locking deadbolt (no need for keys) was perfect! The only thing that I could think to improve, is A/C for upstairs on those hot summer (even hot fall) days. It was pretty stuffy upstairs, but with an abundance of windows and sliding doors it quickly cooled down at night. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Property was fantastic.  Deck and privacy of hot tub were wonderful. Living and dining area was fabulous and stocked well.  Early check in was much appreciated. Will definitely come back another time for another visit.

Excellent stay - house was very clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The bikes were in great condition as well. A couple of minor things - more paper towels and dishwashing powder would have been nice. There was no sponge either for washing dishes so we went and purchased our own, but I am guessing this is due to COVID. Very good customer service all around and easy check-in. Thank you!

Great house clean. Had a few issues but mountain resort wanted to come over and fix now but we said it was okay. We have rented from them for years and they are the best. Helpful quick check in and address any issues.

Absolutely wonderful

"My wife and I, along with our 3 friends stayed at 23 poplar for a long weekend and it was a great experience. With easy access to Mt. Bachelor, snowmobile rentals just down the street, and plenty of shopping and restaurants in the vicinity, we were able to stay as busy as we wanted to and still have the luxury of a comfortable and peaceful home to return to and relax in the hot tub that overlooks vacant land off the back deck. We will absolutely be back in the summer to explore even more and use this house again if available."

Great facility, close to world-class skiing

"We stayed at the property and used it as a base for skiing at Mt. Bachelor. The property was in excellent condition, the rooms were comfortable and it felt like I was staying in my home, rather than a rental property. The entire Sun River complex had enough amenities and shopping so that we didn't feel isolated, even though were about 20 minutes away from Bend. This is an excellent choice for a vacation stay for summer or winter activities."
