We stayed at the home , Rogue 24... We have stayed at this home previously. Thanks to the addition of air filter appliances. The Little Lava fire continues to pump out smoke. We appreciate your immediate response to a couple of minor issues with the house. We always appreciate your assistance and will continue to rent with your agency. We had a lovely visit and introduced our British nephew and his fiancee to the beauty of the Sunriver location.

Great Week

"

We loved our week of vacation at Sunriver at 24 Rogue. We made three trips down the Dechutes on a raft and kayak we brought. We loved the garage. The garage was huge and was cool on the warm days. We were able to inflate the raft and kayak in the garage and tie it on to the top of our Wagon in the garage. The two doors are very tall. We had friends from Bend come over for dinner and it was nice the table sits eight people. One of our party is a chef and made a sherry sauce in the blender and chicken from the grill. The kitchen had everything we needed including a drawer of spices. We ate all our meals at the house. We rented bikes and went on several rides through Sunriver; the weather was perfect early July. We found the house comfortable with opening windows at night and keeping windows closed during the warm days; we did not miss air conditioning. The young people enjoyed the hot tub and we all enjoyed star gazing from the deck. The toddler toys and gate came in handy as our guests have children. Thank you for a great house for a great vacation.

The property was in excellent condition and well-stocked for our family vacation. The location was excellent and the garage was an extra bonus to store our bikes and kayaks during the week. We will rent again next summer (Our 17th year at Sunriver). Thank you Monica

Perfect Stay

We were happy with staff at Mountain Resort Properties. The house is perfectly located for our family. We enjoyed riding our bicycles and loved the fact that we were so close to the Deschutes River trail section. It is our favorite part of the ride. The house handled our 5 member party very well. We all felt we had space and enjoyed the large kitchen which did happen to be well equipped for cooking. We have always enjoyed dining at our rental houses since we have good cooks in our midst. Hot tub great and also enjoyed the deck every afternoon. Would return. Thanks for a great week.

Hadn't been at 24 Rogue for 4 or 5 years. Love the new handicapped accessible bathroom, mud room and garage!

Roomy and comfortable

"We traveled to Sunriver for a family getaway. The home comfortably slept 5 adults and 1 child. The open floor plan of the kitchen/living/dining was wonderful, it allowed everyone to be together at meal time and at relaxation. It had plenty of bathrooms and the bedrooms had their own area of the house to escape to. The hot tub is newer and fit everyone comfortably. One down side is there are no bikes for this home, you have to bring your own or rent them. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of. "

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feed back.  With regards to bikes, we do offer bike rental discounts at a few of our local shops.  10-30% off depending on which bike shop you choose to use.  Keep in mind, bike rentals are seasonal.

Will Definitely Stay In This Home Again

We stayed over a long weekend at Rouge 24 - we didn't realize it was a race weekend, but had a great experience regardless of the crowds. The house was great, loved the open kitchen and living room. There were only 3 of us, but could have easily accommodated many more. The home came with Sharc passes, but we did not use them due to the crowds - and although bikes did not come with this unit - we received a good discount from a local provider and they even delivered them and then picked them up on the day we left... Overall had a great trip and will definitely stay in this home again. Thank you

Had a great time

We stayed in Rogue 24 with 2 adults and 6 kids, and it fit everyone perfectly. The loft area added basically another bedroom, and with a TV the kids could watch movies up there. The kitchen was large and open, which was great because the kids wanted to help cook and it also made you feel like you were not "stuck in the kitchen." Great location and easy to get around to all the activities we enjoyed (Sharc, etc). Would recommend this house to a large group!!

Perfect get away for family!

We took our grand children to Sunriver for some fun family time and our stay at Rogue 24 was perfect for us! There was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. I am not sure why anyone would give this home a poor review, yes there is no big screen TV but we didn't come here to watch TV we came to enjoy all Sunriver has to offer! Mountain Resort was very helpful and having the stay 2 get two was what made us decide to give renting a home a try. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to rent Rogue 24 again!

Feels like home

The staff at mtn resorts were very nice and helpful!! We love this house and have rented it about four times but noticed it does need a little tlc. The layout is great, love the big kitchen table across from the cozy fireplace, etc., but the mattress in the upstairs bedroom is a torture chamber! Also, the oven door doesn't stay closed and the handle to the upstairs toilet fell off. Address these issues and it is a wonderful home, very warm and inviting. We would definitely rent it a fifth time! :). P.S. wish it allowed pets and had spare bicycles.
