What a difference 20 years makes since we last rented from Mountain Resort Properties! From a brochure then to such a user-friendly website now, chock full of helpful info on every rental home available for our off-season vacation break.

7 Tumalo was just right for the two of us and our 4-legged companion! Exceptionally well-furnished and loved having one of the bike/walking paths right out the back door! Plus the check-in and check-out procedure directly at the front door of the home was so convenient!

We'll be back, and A LOT sooner than another 20 years!

Would Stay Again

"

This small cabin worked very well for us. It was well stocked, clean, maintained and comfortable. Despite having no AC the cabin stayed very cool during the day. We would use again.

Great House

Great house. I love the location. There were enough bikes for our whole crew (2- 10yr olds, 2 adults). The hot tub was great. I thought the place looks way nicer than the pictures. The SHARC passes were a major plus! We wouldn't have had such a wonderful time without them. They even got us into the boat launch so we could paddle board. The place was clean and cozy. Beds were ok comfort-wise, but we weren't too bothered by that. Kitchen well stocked and the knives were nice and sharp, so dinners were a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Another Great Stay

Now in our 80’s, we again used MRP to change from our usual townhouse SR vacation to a single home largely to save steps as 7 Tumalo has the master BR on the main floor. Great decision. Although the rooms are a little snug, the obvious updates and remodeling of the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and hot tub were clearly seen. It was exceptionally clean, well supplied, perfectly located and it gives better “people watching” with the adjacent bike path than a golf course view. Maybe some hand grips and railings in the shower and front steps for us seniors but a lovely cabin. A reminder: no garage and the bike shed is filled with 4 included bikes so bring a good bike cable for your personal bikes stored on the deck. MRP, as always, is first rate.

Great place to stay. Good location in Sunriver with the path behind house and river a minutes walk away. House was very well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. Loved the starter package when we arrived. Pet friendly, hot tub and sauna were a plus! Would recommend using Mountain Resort for your rental needs.

"7 Tumalo was a great house for our family! The decor was adorable and felt like we were in a cabin. The Sauna was a fun surprise and the hot tub lent to quite a few nights of stargazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Loved the fireplace and the neighbors were a joy! The kids loved the Sharq experience, which was included with the property. We will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend it! *****"

"7 Tumalo was perfect for my Wife and I. It was very clean, well stocked and it is in a great location. The barbecue was in great shape and the bikes were as well. Mountain Resort Properties made it easy to reserve and enjoy our weekend. They even left a few treats for our dog! We will definitely consider renting from them again."

Everything was great. The man that greeted us when we arrived at the office was incredibly friendly and patient. Tumalo 7 was wonderful. The upstairs rooms were very bright and cheery and both bathrooms were really nice and modern. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked. The screen door was a bit catchy--probably an easy fix. It's a bit crowded in the dining and living area. Perhaps a smaller dining room table would be better. The adult bikes were great. We brought our kids' bikes from home so I can't speak for the ones provided.

Comfortable & Fun

The reservation was easy to make. We got the residence we asked for. Upon arrival the house was in order with all the amenities promised. When the washing machine appeared to have a leak the maintenance man was on the spot within the hour of our request. Mountain Resort Properties made our stay at Sunriver comfortable and fun. Perfect family rental getaway!!!

"We had a family of 8 (4adults, 4 kids) stay and were pleaaantly surprised by how truly simple this house made our trip! The pictures and written amenities do not do this particular home justice. We found it to be extremely tidy, spacious, well stocked aNd comfortable. The newly remodeled bathrooms, gas fireplace and hot tub were simply a bonus! Having stayed during the summer, we were greatful to have 4 bikes available for use. We literally did not use our car from the moment we pulled in until we left for the airport. Because of the homes central location to the activities, we rode from the village to the lava fields and everywhere in between!!! The included SHARC passes meant our kids spent hours at the water park and pickle ball courts, which they biked to. We will most certainly rent this specific home again!"

Great House

This was our first trip to Sun River and using Mountain Resorts as the rental agent. We usually vacation by the water and were a bit concerned that not being able to see and be on the water might be something we would miss being in the middle of the tall pines instead. Our concerns were quickly melting away when we saw how beautiful and organized the resort was. The rental office was very Please and efficient. We dealt with several and each one was knowledgeable and professional and very helpful. The house we rented 7 Tumalo was a gem. The pictures were nice,but the house was even better. It is lovely and comfortable and decorated tastefully. Everything worked well and to have two bedrooms and a bath upstairs worked well for our teenagers. A brand new hot tub was a treat as well as a hammock. It is not air conditioned, but the well placed fans kept the house in the early 70's during the day,while the outside temp was 86-95. GREAT HOUSE We will be back...
