This is the third year we have rented this property from Mountain Resorts. It is a great property for our needs - single level, hot tub, quiet part of Sunriver, well appointed home, etc. Had a bit of difficulty figuring out how to run the DVD player (gosh I wish owners would leave instructions on what remote to use for various functions - thee were 4 at this house!) they sent someone over within 30 minutes. The hot tub needed a bit of attention - in that case someone was there within 15 minutes! Great property management and we will be back in 2025!

Went here with my family and my sisters family. The home was well stocked with all cooking supplies you need. Lots of plates and cups for kids. Toys, games, bikes for everyone. BBQ worked great. Furniture was so soft inside and out. Hot tub worked great. I was very impressed with the home and with the management of the place. I will definitely come again.

Best House Ever!

This was the best house we’ve ever rented! The ease of the rental with Tim was easy and a same day turnaround. The security of the house was great and easy as well. The house was gorgeous! All amenities were covered. Plush towels, plenty of toiletries such as, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and dishwashing soap,very plentiful! The house was spotless and clean! The furnishings were so beautiful and fit with our decor at home! The fireplace was amazing! The hot tub was very nice and clean and was wonderful to watch the stars! The kitchen was stocked well, if we needed something we forgot it was there! This was our favorite place so far to stay! We have had several other homes with this company and have never been disappointed or dissatisfied! Thank you Mt. Resort Properties for all the work you do to make our stays wonderful!

Vacation Saved!

Our condo canceled our stay two days prior to our arrival in Sunriver due to COVID. Left in the lurch I called Mountain Resort and spoke with a lovely woman (can’t remember her name) who helped me find a great home for our family. Vacation saved! We had a four year old with us who loved all of the games and toys in the bunk room! Bikes galore, spotless hot tub, kitchen equipped with every appliance you need. The train was close but we never heard it unless we were outside.  I will definitely use Mountain Resort Properties again!

Warmly Welcomed

We stayed at 21 Whistler for a family celebration that included 2 other rentals as well. We were warmly welcomed by the staff at Mountain Resorts and given a thorough orientation of the SunRiver area, including 21 Whistler. The house could not have been nicer and was well equipped for the family dinners we had. The hot tub was the perfect morning warmup for our 4 year old and nice for the meteor shower at night for the adults. The entrance to the trail system was just across the culdesac. There were at least 8 bikes in the garage and all in good shape and ready to ride. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Mountain Properties!
